2IIM is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Anna Nagar, Chennai.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with students, understanding their requirements, and helping them choose the right course for their CAT preparation.

What you’ll do

- Speak with prospective students and understand their requirements
- Explain 2IIM’s courses and learning options clearly
- Help students identify the course that best suits their preparation needs
- Follow up with enquiries and assist students through the enrolment process
- Handle student queries across calls, messages, and in-person interactions
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students

What we’re looking for
- Excellent communication skills




- Robust interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Ability to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Proactive, organised, and responsible
- Previous experience in sales, counselling, or education is a plus
