Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Noida.

The Sales

Consultant will engage with prospective students and families, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable beauty and wellness programs.

Responsibilities include handling walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting consultations, explaining course structures and fees, and guiding applicants through the admission and enrollment process. The role involves achieving sales targets,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or admission systems, and coordinating with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

The Sales

Consultant will also support promotional events, open houses, and outreach activities to build brand awareness and drive admissions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand learner needs and recommend appropriate programs.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a professional, supportive experience for prospective and enrolled students.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi, with the ability to explain complex information simply.
- Proven ability to meet sales or admissions targets in an education, training, or service-driven environment.
- Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, including weekends or extended hours during peak admission seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred; prior experience in education counseling, admissions, or beauty/wellness industry sales is an advantage.
