Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Eventraa Event Planners. The specialist will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and present event solutions tailored to customer needs. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, and negotiating contracts.

The role also involves planning and executing marketing activities such as social media campaigns,



local promotions, and partnerships to increase brand visibility. The specialist will collaborate with the event planning team, provide customer support throughout the event lifecycle, and report regularly on sales and marketing performance.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, close deals, and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training, particularly in guiding junior team members or onboarding new staff on sales and service standards.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, including social media promotion, local outreach, and brand positioning (prior event industry experience is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and CRM tools.
