Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with potential customers, explaining product benefits, handling inquiries, and assisting with in-store or event-based promotions.

Responsibilities include helping execute marketing campaigns, collecting customer feedback, supporting social media and digital initiatives, and contributing ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.



The role also involves assisting with training materials for sales processes, maintaining basic sales records, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve growth targets. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sales, customer interaction, and brand-building in a fast-paced wellness startup environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales and Sales Management to support outreach, lead follow-up, and basic reporting.
- Ability to assist with Training-related activities, such as learning sales scripts and helping prepare product education materials.
- Enthusiasm for wellness, nutrition, or consumer products and willingness to learn in a startup setting.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with a proactive and organized approach to daily tasks.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
