Job Summary

We are looking for a hardcore Field Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience specifically in the Aluminium Formwork and/or Scaffolding industry.

The candidate must be highly active in field sales, client meetings, construction-site visits, lead generation and project-based sales. The role requires extensive travelling across major construction markets in India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for Aluminium Formwork & Scaffolding Systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, EPC companies, contractors, consultants and project teams.
- Conduct regular construction-site visits and client meetings.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate enquiries.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation → meeting → enquiry → quotation → negotiation → order closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market visits and develop current territories.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with technical, design, production and management teams for customer requirements.
- Monitor competitors, market prices and recent project opportunities.
- Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and maintain sales pipeline.
- Develop long-term business relationships with key customers.

Extensive Travel Required





Candidate must be comfortable with frequent travelling across:

Delhi-NCR | Mumbai | Pune | Kolkata | Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai The position involves extensive outstation travel, construction-site visits and face-to-face client meetings. Candidates looking for an office-based sales job should not apply.

Candidate Requirements

- Mandatory: 3–5 years of experience specifically in Aluminium Formwork and/or Scaffolding sales.
- Only hardcore field sales candidates from the Aluminium Formwork / Scaffolding industry.
- Candidates from unrelated industries will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction projects and project-based sales.
- Existing contacts/network with builders, developers, contractors and EPC companies will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong lead-generation and business-development abilities.
- Highly target-oriented, aggressive and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Compensation
