About Us

Conxept Foods is a Delhi-based house of brands operating out of Rohini, building multiple food brands under one roof. We're growing our B2B and local business partnerships across the brands, and we're looking for someone to lead the ground game on this.

The Role

We're looking for a Sales & Growth Intern to build and run our outreach and business development pipeline from scratch. You'll be the one knocking on doors (literally), identifying local businesses, offices, co-working spaces, and partners in and around Rohini, pitching them on what we offer, and converting them into paying customers or partners.

What You'll Do

- Identify potential clients
- Cold-pitch and walk into offices, build relationships
- Explain and sell our subscription models
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Maintain a easy lead tracker




- Collect feedback from customers and loop it back to the team
- Spot and chase repeat/bulk opportunities as they come up

Who We're Looking For

- Confident communicator, not afraid of rejection or cold outreach
- Based in or able to commute easily within Rohini
- Prior sales/BD internship is a plus, but hustle and consistency matter more than experience
- Comfortable maintaining a basic Excel/Sheet tracker for leads and follow-ups
