SALES EXECUTIVE – FIELD SALES

West Delhi / South Delhi / Gurugram | Full-time | Field-based

Brijvan Retail Pvt. Ltd. seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to drive direct sales across kirana outlets, wholesale dealers, and quick commerce channels.

THE ROLE

Pure field sales position. You'll spend 80%+ time on ground closing deals and building territory revenue. Earning potential: ₹30,000–₹45,000+/month (base + commissions + incentives).

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Visit kirana stores, wholesale outlets, quick commerce partners daily
- Close orders on-the-spot; pitch 683+ SKU portfolio
- Map territory, identify new retail clients, convert to repeat customers
- Handle negotiations and finalize deals independently
- Build long-term customer relationships for bulk orders
- Submit daily sales reports via WhatsApp/mobile app





WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✓ 2+ years FMCG / Distribution sales experience (required)

✓ Proven track record of hitting sales targets

✓ Own two-wheeler (essential)

✓ Self-starter mentality

✓ Ground-savvy; comfortable with field-based work

✓ Robust negotiation & communication skills

COMPENSATION

- Base: ₹18,000–₹25,000/month
- Sales Commission: ₹1–2 per case (tiered)
- Monthly Bonus: ₹3,000–₹8,000+ (target-based)
- Vehicle & Travel Allowance: ₹4,000/month
- Health Insurance + Fuel Reimbursement
