Safety Officer Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) ## Looking for Male candidates available to join at short notice or immediately. ## Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and responsible Safety Officer with 3–5 years of experience to ensure a safe and compliant working environment. The candidate will be responsible for identifying workplace hazards, conducting safety inspections, implementing safety procedures, and promoting a strong safety culture among employees and contractors.

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular workplace/site safety inspections and identify hazards. Implement and monitor company HSE policies and procedures. Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports. Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, and regular safety training. Ensure proper use of PPE by employees and contractors. Monitor compliance with secure work procedures and applicable safety regulations.

Prepare and maintain safety reports, inspection records, permits, and documentation. Conduct emergency drills, fire-safety checks, and evacuation procedures.



Assist in preparing Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.

Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Coordinate with supervisors, workers, contractors, and management on safety matters. Promote continuous improvement in workplace safety standards.

Required Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Safety Officer/HSE Officer. NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, DIS, or other recognized safety certification is preferred. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures, risk assessment, PPE, fire safety, and emergency response. Good knowledge of safety documentation and reporting.

Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong observation and hazard-identification skills. Ability to conduct toolbox talks and safety training. Good knowledge of MS Office. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and maintain safety discipline on site. · ?
