Responsibilities

- Deliver practical training to technological personnel.
- Analyze real production cases, technological deviations, and causes of product defects.
- Train personnel in rapid diagnosis and response to deviations from the technological process.
- Share practical approaches to reducing production errors and minimizing defects.
- Provide recommendations on adjusting technological parameters and process conditions.




- Participate in discussions on potential automation or optimization of existing production automation systems.

Requirements

- Significant hands-on experience in metallurgical production in one of the following areas:
- heat treatment in bell-type furnaces;
- long products rolling.
- In-depth knowledge of production technologies, equipment, and technological parameters.
- Practical experience in diagnosing technological deviations and product defects.
