Combinator S26 company headquartered in San Francisco, and we are now opening our operations site in Delhi, India.

About the role

We are looking for someone to lead our entire India operations. You will be our first hire in India, and you will hire everyone who comes after you. You will report directly to the founders.

What you will do

- Set up our Delhi office from the ground up, including the fit-out, power, and network.
- Procure and import the robots and equipment the site runs on, and manage vendors through that process.
- Hire and build the team: supervisors, technicians, quality staff, and a large floor of operators working across multiple shifts.
- Run the site day to day and own the numbers that matter: throughput, quality,

uptime, retention, and the site P&L.;

What we are looking for





- Someone comfortable owning an operation end to end and building process where none exists yet.
- Strong judgement on hiring, and the willingness to manage a large frontline team in person.
- Clear, direct communication with both the founders and the floor.
- We are open to candidates at every experience level, including recent graduates. Prior experience running a facility, a shift-based team, or a manufacturing or operations floor is a plus but is not required.

Location and compensation

This is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India. Compensation is

₹35,00,000 to ₹60,00,000 per year, plus 1.00% equity in the company.
