Responsibilities Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.

Investigate alerts related to card fraud, online fraud, UPI fraud, and other digital transaction risks.

Perform customer verification through outbound calls or system checks to validate transactions.

Take immediate preventive actions such as blocking cards/accounts to minimize financial losses.

Maintain accurate documentation and case records as per internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Operations, Compliance) for timely fraud resolution.

Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT), quality standards, and SOPs.

Prepare MIS reports and update fraud cases in internal system Location - Airoli
