Role Description The Revenue Generate Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and executing strategies to grow revenue from existing and new customers using Kredily’s HR and payroll platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing revenue performance, tracking key financial metrics, and optimizing the revenue cycle in collaboration with sales, finance, and product teams.

The specialist will engage with clients to understand their needs, propose relevant solutions,



and support cross-selling and upselling initiatives. The role also involves preparing revenue reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to process improvements that drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret financial statements and revenue data.
- Experience or knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech environments.
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven revenue strategies.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with clients in a clear and qualified manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial analysis tools, and CRM or revenue management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
