Position: Retail Store Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail store. Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.

Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints. Maintain proper stock, inventory, displays, and visual merchandising.

Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports. Coordinate with the warehouse and management for stock replenishment. Conduct regular stock checks and prevent stock loss or shortages. Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and maintained properly.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports. Implement company policies, promotions, and marketing activities. Handle staff scheduling, leave management, and team coordination.

Required Skills: Positive leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of retail sales, billing, and inventory management. Ability to achieve targets and solve operational issues.
