Paramparaa Dhotis LLP is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Salem.

Role OverviewAs a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing suitable products, and guiding them throughout their purchase.

You will play an significant role in creating a positive showroom experience while maintaining product presentation, store standards, and smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities• Welcome customers and understand their product requirements

- Recommend suitable dhotis, shirts, and traditional wear based on customer needs
- Explain product features, fabric details, designs, and occasion suitability
- Present products effectively and assist customers in making purchase decisions
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation
- Support billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain product organization and inventory on the shop floor




- Understand customer preferences and share useful feedback with the team
- Work collaboratively with the showroom team to maintain a positive customer experience

What We’re Looking For• Previous hands-on experience in retail sales is preferred

- Experience in apparel or traditional wear retail will be highly appreciated
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of English
- Good understanding of product presentation and customer handling
- Basic numeracy and familiarity with billing/POS operations
- Enthusiasm to learn about traditional wear, fabrics, and products
- Ability to work responsibly in a customer-facing environment
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the organization
