Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.

Explain product features, pricing, offers, and perks to customers. Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales. Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and merchandising.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the store/operations team for smooth order processing and delivery.





Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.

Required

SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Good convincing and negotiation abilities. Customer-service-oriented approach. Target-driven and result-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Good local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

Qualification Education: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.

ProfileCandidates with experience in retail sales, FMCG, consumer durables, electronics, financial products, telecom, automobile, or similar customer-facing sales roles will be preferred.
