We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, control costs, and maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant staff and shift activities.

- Prepare staff duty schedules and ensure proper manpower allocation.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.

- Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation, and service standards.

- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.

- Check daily stock levels and coordinate with the purchase team.

- Control food wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary expenses.

- Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing, and POS operations.

- Ensure proper operation of online food delivery platforms.

- Check opening and closing procedures every day





- Ensure compliance with food safety and restaurant operating standards.

- Conduct regular staff briefings and performance reviews.

- Train new employees and improve staff productivity.

- Support restaurant promotions, offers, and marketing activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant/hotel operations preferred.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Knowledge of POS and online food delivery platforms.

- Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
