Top Banana is a high-end comfort and classic cocktail bar by Bright Hospitality, located in the heart of GK2, South Delhi.

We are looking for a passionate, experienced and hands-on Manager – Bar Operations who understands cocktails, spirits, liquid artistry and, most importantly, the art of hospitality.

This is a senior bar-centric role for someone who has worked in quality cocktail bars and can confidently lead both the bar and floor operations.

ROLE PURPOSE

As the Manager – Bar Operations, you will be the operational and hospitality leader of Top Banana, responsible for delivering an exceptional bar experience across drinks, service, ambience and guest interaction.

You will lead from the floor, work closely with the bar team and service team, and ensure that every guest experiences the personality and standards of Top Banana.

The ideal candidate should be someone who understands that a great cocktail bar is not only about making great drinks — it is about creating an environment where serious drinks meet genuinely fun, warm and effortless hospitality.

You will be expected to be hands-on, visible, confident and operationally strong, particularly during peak service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR





We are looking for an experienced bar qualified and hospitality leader, not just someone who has managed a team administratively.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management, or
- Professional Bartending Diploma / Beverage Management qualification, or
- Equivalent relevant hospitality education and practical experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / Bar Manager / Senior Bar Operations professional.
- Strong experience specifically in bar operations and cocktail-led environments is highly preferred.
- Candidates from established premium restaurants, cocktail bars, lifestyle bars, luxury hotels or recognized hospitality brands will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate confidently with guests, team members and management.
