Core Roles & Responsibilities

- Hands-on Service: Greet guests, take orders, serve food, and clear tables alongside regular servers.
- Shift Supervision: Manage the floor flow, assign server sections, and ensure tables turn over efficiently.
- Host & Problem Solver: Handle walk-ins, manage waitlists, and resolve customer complaints on the spot.
- Kitchen Liaison: Coordinate directly with the chef regarding item availability, pacing, and dietary restrictions.
- Staff Support: Train part-time or new staff, step in during rush hours, and monitor side-work completion.
- Daily Operations: Handle opening or closing cash drops, manage POS updates, and track inventory.

Pay: ₹11,461.42 - ₹15,000.00 per month
