Role Description The Restaurant Captain role at Perfect Digital HR’s client location in Gurugram is a full-time, on-site position overseeing daily restaurant operations and guest service.

The Restaurant

Captain coordinates with serving staff to ensure smooth table service, timely order delivery, and consistent food and beverage quality. This role supervises floor activities, supports service staff, handles guest queries and feedback, and helps maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong supervisory skills to lead service staff, manage shifts, and ensure adherence to restaurant standards.
- Proven ability in customer service and customer satisfaction, with a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, coordinating with team members, and reporting to management.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, including menu understanding, serving protocols, and basic hygiene and safety practices.
- Experience in restaurant or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant operations.
- Qualified appearance, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.
