Job Title: Restaurant Area Manager – Operations

Reports to: Co-Founders

Location: Base at GK-2 Head Office, with regular travel to all outlets (GK-2, Malviya Nagar, Elan Epic Mall Gurgaon)

About the Role

We're looking for an Area Manager – Operations to own day-to-day operations across our three outlets in South Delhi and Gurgaon. This is a hands-on, on-ground role — you'll be moving between outlets regularly, working closely with outlet-level teams, and acting as the operational link between restaurant floors and the founders' office.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Outlet Operations

- Visit and oversee day-to-day operations across all 3 outlets on a rotational basis
- Ensure consistency in service standards, cleanliness, and SOP adherence across locations
- Flag and resolve operational bottlenecks in real time

People & Team Management

- Manage roster planning and staffing levels across outlets
- Maintain attendance records and ensure discipline in tracking
- Conduct routine team and staff training — service standards, hygiene, SOPs
- Lead structured manager training programs to build a solid second line at each outlet
- Support hiring and onboarding coordination where needed

Cash & Inventory





- Oversee cash-flow management and daily reconciliations across outlets
- Manage and audit petty cash usage
- Coordinate and maintain inventory and indent reports with outlet teams and base kitchen
- Flag discrepancies in stock, wastage, or cash handling

Liaison & Reporting

- Be the primary point of coordination between Restaurant General Managers, base kitchen team, chefs, and founders
- Consolidate and share operational reports (attendance, inventory, cash, indents) with head office
- Report directly to co-founders with regular updates and escalations

Requirements

- Prior experience in F&B; operations is a must
- Experience with a restaurant, QSR, or fast-food chain is a strong plus
- Comfortable with high mobility — willing to travel across Delhi and Gurgaon regularly
- Strong people management and training skills
- Good grip on cash handling, inventory, and basic reporting
- Clear communicator, able to liaise across kitchen, floor, and leadership

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
