We are looking for a responsible, organized, and customer-focused Cashier Lead to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the store. The role involves handling cash and billing, supervising front and kitchen staff, managing customer interactions, coordinating daily store activities, and supporting overall store management. The ideal candidate should be capable of leading the team, resolving customer issues, maintaining accurate cash and sales records, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring that store operations run efficiently.
Robust communication, leadership, basic computer knowledge, and good multitasking skills are required.
Experience in a restaurant, café, QSR, or retail environment will be preferred.
