Work experience Use of Tools to update schedules, reconcile booking requests, update absence, terminations and create placeholders for current employees Strong understanding of key metrics within WFM Analytical mind-set having keen observational qualities and an eye for detail Strong executive presence and articulation skills required to influence business leaders and stakeholders Ability to drive change through strong collaborative skills and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
