Role Description The Part-time Teacher will provide subject-specific coaching in Mathematics, English, and Logic and Reasoning for students preparing for Sainik School entrance exams. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Cardinal Warriors School in Raipur, involving structured classroom teaching, doubt-clearing sessions, and targeted exam preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons aligned with entrance exam patterns, designing practice tests and assignments, and monitoring student progress through regular assessments.

The teacher will collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching strategies,



maintain accurate records of student performance, and offer guidance on study habits and exam techniques. The role also includes maintaining a disciplined, supportive classroom environment and communicating effectively with students and, where appropriate, with parents or guardians about academic development.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Training skills for coaching students in Mathematics, English, and Logic and Reasoning.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning and Education-related skills to design structured, exam-focused curricula and classroom activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to explain concepts clearly and engage effectively with students and staff.
- Solid subject knowledge in school-level Mathematics, English language and grammar, and logical reasoning or aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Mathematics, English, or a related field; formal teacher training or B.Ed is an advantage.
- Experience preparing students for Sainik School or similar competitive school entrance exams is highly beneficial.
