VOIZ is hiring Reservations Executives for an Inbound Hotel Room Reservations Process . We are looking for candidates with prior hospitality experience who can professionally handle guest enquiries, assist with room reservations, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for hotel room reservations and guest enquiries
- Assist guests with availability, room options and booking-related queries
- Accurately capture and maintain reservation details
- Provide professional and courteous customer service
- Ensure a smooth reservation experience for every guest
Candidate Requirements
- Prior Hospitality / Hotel Reservations experience is MANDATORY
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and guest-handling skills
- Comfortable handling inbound customer calls
- Immediate joiners preferred
Work Details
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Weekly Off: 4 rotational offs per month
• Break Shift: 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and 7:30 PM – 12:30 AM
Mandatory Work-From-Home Setup
- 14" or 15" laptop with Intel i5 processor
- Minimum 8 GB RAM
- Minimum 256 GB SSD
- Windows 10/11
- Secure internet connection of at least 50 Mbps
- USB headset
