Relationship Manager – Life Insurance Sales Job Role: Relationship Manager Industry: Life Insurance Experience: 1+ years in Sales preferred Qualification: Graduate Job Responsibilities: Generate recent customers through field visits, leads, references, and direct sales. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable life insurance products. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly sales targets. Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing customers. Complete customer documentation and ensure proper policy processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for renewals and servicing.
Candidate Profile: Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field sales and customer meetings. Target-oriented and willing to work in sales. Knowledge of the local language is preferred/required depending on location.
