We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Referral Sales Executives to strengthen our referral network and build strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Role OverviewAs a Referral Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and other healthcare professionals. You will represent Healic in your assigned territory and drive patient referrals through strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics and diagnostic centres.
- Visit approximately 10–12 doctors and healthcare professionals daily.
- Develop new referral networks and strengthen existing relationships.
- Promote Healic Hospital's services, specialties and healthcare offerings.
- Generate and follow up on patient referrals from assigned territories.
- Understand the needs of referring doctors and provide timely support.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure strong relationship management.
- Track daily visits, referrals, leads and conversion performance.
- Achieve assigned monthly referral and business targets.




- Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure a smooth experience for referred patients.
- Conduct market research to identify new referral opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Referral Sales.
- Experience in Medical Representative, Pharma, Healthcare, Hospital or Insurance Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Must be comfortable with daily field travel.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Good knowledge of the local healthcare market will be an advantage.
