– Recruitment Team Leader Designation: Recruitment Team Leader Department: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Experience: 3–6 Years Location: Lucknow Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Team Leader to manage a team of recruiters and ensure timely achievement of hiring targets across multiple locations and clients.

Key Responsibilities Manage and guide a team of recruiters to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets. Plan and execute recruitment drives, walk-ins, and local hiring activities. Handle volume hiring for multiple clients and locations.

Monitor recruiter-wise performance, joining numbers, and productivity. Ensure regular follow-up with candidates from sourcing to joining. Develop new recruitment channels such as job portals, referrals, field hiring, institutes, and local networks.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding manpower requirements and hiring plans. Ensure timely completion of candidate documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities. Identify recruitment gaps and prepare corrective action plans.

Conduct daily/weekly review meetings with the recruitment team. Prepare and share recruitment MIS and performance reports with management. Ensure recruiters maintain proper attendance, activity, and hiring reports.





Handle recruitment escalations and resolve candidate/client issues promptly. Support the team in achieving cost-effective and quality hiring.

Required Skills Strong team handling and leadership skills. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of volume/mass recruitment. Good understanding of recruitment sources and local hiring markets. Target-oriented and comfortable working under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS. Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and locations.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
