Role DescriptionWe are hiring Recruitment Executives – UK Job Applications based in Hyderabad, India.

This is a full-time role focused on supporting candidates with their UK job search and application process.

Key Responsibilities

- Search for suitable UK vacancies based on each candidate's CV, experience, skills and preferences.
- Review UK job descriptions and assess candidate suitability before applying.
- Complete job applications accurately through LinkedIn, Indeed, NHS Jobs and employer career websites.
- Answer application and screening questions using candidate-provided information.
- Maintain accurate application trackers and monitor application progress.
- Avoid duplicate or unsuitable applications.
- Monitor candidate job-search emails for interview invitations and employer responses.
- Research relevant employers,



recruitment agencies and career websites.
- Follow internal quality standards and daily application targets.
- Communicate significant application updates to the internal team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, BPO, back-office operations or related roles.
- Freshers with strong English and computer skills may also apply.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Ability to understand CVs and job descriptions.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Indeed or other job portals is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn UK recruitment and job application processes.

LocationHyderabad, Telangana Candidates based in Hyderabad are preferred.

Salary₹15,000–₹20,000 per month + performance-based incentives
