About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in Talent Acquisition, hiring, candidate coordination, and HR operations and wants practical exposure to recruitment in a rapid-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining.
- Assist in preparing and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms.
- Support the HR team in campus hiring, recruitment drives, and other hiring activities.




- Maintain proper recruitment records and documentation.
- Assist with onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
- Support other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Good attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
