Role Description The Recruiting Intern role at Big Bulls is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job postings, communicating with candidates and hiring managers, and helping organize hiring events or recruitment drives.

The role also involves supporting onboarding activities, preparing training materials,



and gathering feedback to improve recruitment processes. The intern will collaborate with the HR and recruiting team to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Recruiting and Hiring to support end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Communication to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training to assist with onboarding and basic orientation programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling candidate data and schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a professional, inclusive approach with all candidates.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic office software and comfort using online recruitment platforms and tools.
