HR & Training Executive – Recruitment & Export Operations

We are looking for a smart, confident and highly organized HR & Training Executive who will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees as well as our export business partners.

The candidate should be a good communicator and capable of understanding our business processes and explaining them clearly to new team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment process – job posting, screening, calling, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
- Conduct structured training for newly hired employees.
- Train new export business partners/portal executives on company processes and systems.
- Explain export business workflow, products, customer handling and order processes.
- Train teams on CRM, order management and other company software/processes.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, SOPs, presentations and checklists.
- Conduct tests/reviews after training to ensure employees understand the process.
- Track new employees during their initial training/probation period.




- Identify training gaps and arrange refresher training whenever required.
- Maintain recruitment, attendance, onboarding and training records.
- Coordinate with management and department heads regarding manpower requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
- Confident in speaking and conducting training sessions.
- Valuable computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong people-management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn business processes quickly and teach them in a simple manner.
- Organized, disciplined and comfortable handling multiple candidates/employees.
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, Training or Learning & Development preferred.
- Experience in pharma/export/international business is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
