About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce development within high-growth, cutting-edge industries such as manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, and BioPharma. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and building strategic relationships with clients and candidates.

Your expertise will directly impact our clients' ability to innovate and expand in their respective fields.

This position requires a blend of technical understanding, strategic sourcing skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver qualified candidates within stipulated timelines.

Your role will also involve representing NES Fircroft at industry events, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and consistently achieving recruitment KPIs. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in recruitment within manufacturing, data centers, semiconductors, or BioPharma sectors. A strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific requirements is essential. You should be proficient in using ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn, and sourcing tools to identify and engage with niche talent pools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for engaging with candidates and clients effectively. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are vital. A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional results is highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Industry-Focused Hiring: Source, evaluate, and place top professionals in manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data center management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client specifications.

Strategic Sourcing: Employ innovative sourcing techniques across multiple platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry networks, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Engagement: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with niche talent pools, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.

ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) updated with accurate information regarding job postings, candidate statuses, interview feedback, and other relevant data.

Client Collaboration:



Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that meet their needs.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company standards, legal regulations, and industry best practices, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines, contributing to the overall success of the talent acquisition team.
