Role &

- Responsibilities

- Own full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding—for roles across tech, sales, marketing, and operations.
- Leverage LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, and Boolean search to proactively source and engage passive & active candidates across India.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess cultural fit, and align candidate skills with client requirements with precision.
- Manage candidate pipelines, provide real-time feedback to hiring managers, and close roles within SLAs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand role nuances, define ideal candidate profiles,



and optimize job descriptions for maximum reach.
- Track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, fill rate) and continuously refine sourcing strategies for efficiency and quality.
