What you'll be doing: ✅ Converting inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Practo, Instagram) into booked consultations ✅ Welcoming patients and coordinating their appointments and treatment schedules ✅ Following up with patients to keep them on track with their recovery plans ✅ Working closely with our therapists and management on patient retention ✅ Hitting monthly targets — with real incentives paid out for every target you achieve , not just a fixed salary ✅ Growing into a genuine healthcare CX career, with structured training from day one Who we're looking for:
