Role Description The Real Estate Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing and guiding a team of real estate consultants in residential and commercial transactions, including property sourcing, client engagement, and deal closure. Day-to-day activities include supervising brokerage operations, mentoring team members, monitoring sales pipelines, and ensuring service quality aligned with company standards.

The Team

Lead will conduct client meetings,



negotiate terms, coordinate property visits, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve revenue targets. The role also involves reporting on team performance, implementing process improvements, and promoting a client-centric culture.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including client interaction, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Brokerage activities such as property sourcing, listing, transaction management, and documentation.
- Demonstrated Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate, preferably with exposure to leasing, investment advisory, or corporate relocation.
- Proven track record in real estate sales or consulting, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Good knowledge of local real estate market dynamics in Bengaluru and surrounding areas.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of professional ethics.
