Job Overview

Gharabadi Realty Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential plots, generating leads, handling customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell residential plots and real estate projects.
- Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Explain project details, plot specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and site-visit targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer information.




- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and competing projects.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in real estate, property sales, field sales, or tele-sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and field sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM will be an advantage.
- Candidates with knowledge of the Bhubaneswar real estate market will be preferred.
