The candidate should maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities and provide regular updates to the management team. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, persuasive, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Previous experience in selling residential plots, apartments, villas, commercial properties, or other real estate projects will be highly preferred.

The candidate should be willing to travel locally for client meetings and site visits whenever required.
