About the Role

Ganeca Realty is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Sales & Client Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will manage client inquiries, show properties, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships with property buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

- Present, promote, and sell real estate properties to potential buyers.

- Perform client needs analyses and match prospective buyers with suitable residential or commercial properties.

- Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and walkthroughs.

- Guide clients through negotiation, paperwork, and legal procedures required for closing deals.

- Build and maintain a network of clients, developers, and real estate professionals across Gurgaon.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience in real estate sales,



property management, or business development.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market and local property laws.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client pipelines simultaneously.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
