: Business Development Associate – Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to help grow our real estate business by generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with prospective buyers, sellers, investors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and networking.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits, follow-ups, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate lead, customer, and sales activity records in the CRM.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Build relationships with brokers, agents, and other business partners.
- Monitor local real estate market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Work toward monthly lead generation, site visit, and sales targets.
- Deliver professional customer service throughout the buying process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,



Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or real estate.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling prospective clients and conducting follow-ups.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
