We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in buying, selling, and negotiating real estate properties, as well as managing high-value client relationships and closing deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, connect, and consult with active buyers and sellers to understand their real estate needs.
- Manage client pipelines, generate new leads, and conduct site visits or open houses.
- Negotiate property sales agreements, contracts, and lease terms on behalf of clients.
- Analyze market trends, local property values, and competitive pricing to advise clients accurately.
- Oversee end-to-end deal closures while ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of demonstrated success in real estate sales or property advisory.
- Licensing:
Active real estate agent license or registration (RERA certified, if applicable locally).
- Skills: Robust negotiation, communication, lead-generation, and client management skills.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local residential/commercial property markets.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, MLS listing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
