Role Description: The Quality Engineer – Civil will be responsible for overseeing and enforcing quality standards across civil construction activities at project sites in Goa, Maharashtra.

This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring work execution, inspecting materials and workmanship, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes.

The position involves preparing and maintaining quality documentation, including inspection reports, checklists, test records, and non-conformance reports, and coordinating with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers to address quality issues.

The Quality Engineer will support the implementation of quality control plans, conduct regular audits,



and drive corrective and preventive actions to maintain consistent product quality.

The role also includes collaborating with project management to improve construction processes, optimise resources, and uphold safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Quality Engineering and Quality Management skills to design, implement, and improve quality systems on civil construction projects.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to plan inspections, conduct tests, and verify compliance with project standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Product Quality skills to ensure that completed structures and components meet design intent, durability, and safety expectations.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in site-based civil construction quality roles, preferably in industrial, commercial, or residential projects.
- Knowledge of construction codes, standards, material testing procedures, and quality documentation practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to inspections.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary site teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
