The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in quality control , preferably in the plastic manufacturing industry, with a good understanding of inspection, testing, and quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming raw materials and finished plastic products.

Monitor production processes to ensure products meet required quality standards. Perform dimensional, visual, and other quality inspections. Identify defects and coordinate with the production team for corrective actions.

Maintain quality inspection reports, checklists, and documentation. Conduct regular quality checks during different stages of production. Assist in identifying the root cause of quality issues. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.

Monitor rejection, rework, and defect rates. Coordinate with production and other departments to improve product quality.



Support internal quality audits and continuous improvement activities. Ensure proper handling and storage of quality records.

RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance.

Experience in the plastic manufacturing industry will be preferred. Basic knowledge of plastic products, manufacturing processes, and quality inspection methods. Good understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge for maintaining quality reports.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
