Role Description The Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Surat, responsible for monitoring and improving service and operational standards across evoque hospitality’s facilities. This role involves conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house operations to ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements. The specialist documents findings, prepares reports, and collaborates with department heads to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

Daily responsibilities include verifying compliance with operating procedures, supporting staff training on quality protocols, and participating in internal audits and reviews to drive ongoing process improvement.



The role also requires maintaining accurate quality records, tracking key performance indicators, and providing clear feedback to teams to strengthen overall guest experience and operational consistency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor standards and ensure consistent service delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support the design, implementation, and improvement of quality systems and processes.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent hospitality and hygiene standards to maintain regulatory and safety compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing to conduct inspections, prepare reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant experience in hospitality operations, housekeeping, or food and beverage quality oversight is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams and provide clear feedback.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, quality management, or a related field is preferred.
