We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Executive to oversee and maintain safety, texture, and flavor standards across our ice cream manufacturing processes. You will ensure compliance with food safety regulations (FSSAI/FDA), conduct chemical and microbiological testing on raw mix and finished products, and manage hygiene and cold-chain protocols on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspection & Testing: Sample and test incoming raw materials (milk, cream, sweeteners, inclusions), batch mixes, and finished ice cream products for sensory, chemical (fat %, total solids, overrun), and microbiological parameters.
- Line Quality Assurance: Conduct regular line audits, monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) sanitation processes, and verify packaging seals, net weights, and code dates.
- Compliance & Standards: Enforce HACCP, GMP, and food safety management systems (ISO 22000/FSSC 22000). Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations for non-conforming batches.
- Documentation & Reporting:



Maintain daily QC logs, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) records, batch release documentation, and equipment calibration logs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, or Microbiology.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Quality Control experience specifically within dairy, ice cream, or frozen food processing facilities.
- Technical Skills: Robust understanding of pasteurization monitoring, overrun calculation, overrun testing equipment, sensory evaluation, and microbiological laboratory testing.
- Knowledge Base: In-depth knowledge of HACCP, GMP, CIP validation, and relevant food safety regulations (FSSAI / FDA / local authority guidelines).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
