Role Description The Quality Checker role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Quality

Checker will inspect incoming raw materials, in-process batches, and finished products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include performing visual and basic analytical checks, documenting inspection results, identifying non-conformities, and coordinating with production and procurement teams to resolve quality issues. The role also involves supporting quality audits, maintaining records and checklists, assisting in the implementation of quality control procedures,



and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply and manufacturing process.

The Quality

Checker will work closely with cross-functional teams to help maintain consistent product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills for inspecting materials, interpreting test results, and identifying trends or deviations.
- Hands-on experience or training in Quality Control processes, including sampling, inspection, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices to support standard operating procedures and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Exposure to Quality Auditing activities such as internal checks, process reviews, and corrective action follow-up.
- Understanding of Quality Management principles, including continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, cosmetics, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow standardized procedures, and strong record-keeping skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
- Prior experience in cosmetics, ingredients, food, or healthcare manufacturing or supply chain is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a dynamic, quality-focused environment.
