Role Description As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sheen AI, you will be responsible for testing and validating software products that support jewelry businesses, ensuring they meet functional, performance, and reliability standards. You will design and execute test plans and test cases, perform manual and automated testing, log and track defects, and work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues. You will participate in requirement reviews, contribute to test strategy and process improvements, and help maintain high-quality releases across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in software testing fundamentals, including test planning, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Candidates should possess skills in manual and automated testing, with experience using common QA tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar).
- Candidates should possess skills in working with APIs and web applications, including basic understanding of RESTful services and browser-based testing.
- Candidates should possess skills in analyzing requirements, documenting test results, and communicating findings clearly to technical and non-technical team members.
- Candidates should possess skills in version control and collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Jira, or equivalent) to support structured QA workflows.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional beneficial experience includes working in product-based or SaaS environments, familiarity with AI-driven applications, performance and security testing exposure, and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
