Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, focused on QMS (Quality Management System) and MR (Management Representative) responsibilities for handling all documentation related to IATF and ISO. The role involves maintaining and updating QMS documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and control of documents in line with IATF requirements. The position requires coordinating internal and external audits, tracking corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring timely closure of nonconformities.

The team member will prepare and manage documentation related to APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and other IATF core tools, as well as support customer and regulatory documentation needs. Daily work includes collaborating with production, quality,



and management teams to drive compliance, continuous improvement, and data-based decision making.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), IATF 16949 requirements, and MR responsibilities, with experience in implementing and maintaining quality documentation.
- Hands-on experience with IATF core tools (such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and their application in a manufacturing or industrial engineering setting.
- Proficiency in preparing, organizing, and controlling technical and quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and audit reports.
- Skills in internal auditing, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA), and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Comfort with data analysis and use of common office and quality tools (e.g., spreadsheets, QMS software, document control systems).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across production, quality, and management teams.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines on-site.
- Prior experience in automotive or fastener manufacturing and familiarity with customer-specific quality requirements is an advantage.
