Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Halol, Gujarat, focused on Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Integrated Management Systems (IMS). The role involves implementing, maintaining, and improving QMS/IMS frameworks in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards and company policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring process performance, conducting internal audits, managing documentation and records, and facilitating corrective and preventive actions.





The position also requires coordinating with production, R&D;, and other departments to ensure compliance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. The team member will support training on quality and IMS procedures, assist in customer and certification audits, and contribute to data analysis and reporting for management reviews.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems, preferably aligned with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and related IMS standards.
- Experience in audit processes, including internal audits, compliance checks, corrective/preventive actions, and documentation control.
- Background in manufacturing or industrial environments, ideally in plastics processing, with understanding of production processes and quality control methods.
- Analytical skills for data collection, trend analysis, and performance reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and support training on QMS/IMS procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, science, or a related technical discipline; specialized training or certification in QMS/IMS is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools and basic quality-related software for documentation and reporting.
