Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications using industry-standard automation frameworks.
- Create, execute, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Develop and enhance test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar technologies.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Perform functionality, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing across multiple environments.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Execute API testing and validation using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.
- Analyze test results, prepare quality reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to quality assurance best practices, process improvements, and test automation initiatives.
- Participate in code reviews of automation scripts and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Document testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality metrics for knowledge sharing.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/EC or MCA.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
- Solid experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium,



Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and C#.
- Experience in API testing using Postman, Rest Assured, SoapUI, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding version control systems such as Git.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
