Role Description The QS-Infrastructure (GCC Experience) role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing infrastructure-related quantity surveying tasks for projects in GCC countries, including measurement, estimation, and cost analysis for civil and MEP works. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing BOQs, validating contractor claims, supporting tender evaluations, and coordinating with project teams to ensure compliance with client specifications and regional standards.

The professional in this role will analyze drawings and technical documentation, identify cost risks, and support value engineering activities.



The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, contributing to project reports, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Infrastructure project experience, particularly in GCC markets, with a solid understanding of civil and MEP works.
- Candidates should possess Networking and Network Security skills to support reliable and secure connectivity for project coordination and data handling.
- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and IT Operations skills to ensure smooth functioning of project-related systems and tools.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with prior experience in infrastructure QS roles.
- Proficiency in QS software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, Planswift measurement software) and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural, international client environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, time management capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience working with contractors or consultants on GCC-based infrastructure projects will be highly beneficial.Plan
